Yesterday was the opening day of (I think this is how it works) deer rifle season in Wisconsin. It's also the beginning of Thanksgiving officially in our family. I can't sit in the blind for long without wanting to pull my hair out, so while Donald and his parents hunted deer, I sewed together a backing for my star quilt using scraps and no pattern. It's obviously a hot mess, but was fun to do. Sewing this way actually takes longer than using a pattern.
The video is me trying to educate my future offspring (June could not get here soon enough!) about bucks. Please don't watch if you have a queasy stomach or a soft heart, okay? Also, please don't watch it if you have a low tolerance for morons who can't count deer antler points.
